Even after the purchase transaction has been concluded and you have received the keys to your dwelling, you will still be a client of Casa Excelente. Our doors are always open to you. Should you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be pleased to assist you with the formalities before the authorities, the selection of house insurance and whatever else you may require.
We will also be delighted to take care of your real property while you are away. If you wish, we can find you a trustworthy servant, somebody to maintain your swimming pool or your garden. We can also organise reform and repair works for you.
In order to reduce the additional costs to a minimum, you can also let your property to friends or holidaymakers. Let us know the dates of arrival and departure of your guests and we will take care of the rest. If you prefer, we can also find tenants for you.
