We will also do our best to make sure you get first hand experience of the properties in Spain before you sign on the dotted line and make a purchase.

Reservations, Car Rental and Accommodation

To take even more stress out of your property buying journey Casa Excelente is more than happy to search for flights and book the most suitable ones for you. We can also arrange car rental from the airport on your behalf if you like, alternatively you can arrange your own transport from the airport to your accommodation.

Unlike other real estate companies our doors are always open to clients who have purchased through Casa Excelente. Even after you have signed the papers, received the keys and moved into your new property we will always be here, and always be happy to assist you with any queries you may have. Whether you have a simple question about Spanish procedures or want information on how to renovate, extend or rent out your new property, we will be happy to help.

We also offer a rental/property management service if the property you plan to buy is for additional income purposes. You can simply let us know dates for bookings you have agreed or we can handle the whole process for you and all you need to do is sit back and watch that second income growing with no worries.
